Hemond House - $900 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
Plus $10 per week for each extra person
Hemond House is a beautiful, spacious, restored Victorian house in the historic village district of Isle La Motte, Vermont, the northernmost island of Lake Champlain.
Lake access is 2 minutes by car or 6 minutes by bicycle. Swimming, walking, cycling, birdwatching. Visit the ancient fossil reef preserves and hike the trails.( ilmpt.org ) Good restaurants are nearby. A golf course is 10 minutes away. Burlington is an easy hour south and Montreal an hour north.
Hemond House has large airy rooms including a living room with adjacent parlor; a formal dining room with fireplace; a large kitchen; three second floor bedrooms including master suite w/ fireplace & a king bed; a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a double bed; a 3rd floor bedroom with two twin beds. There are two and a half baths, one bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub.
